Master Gardener Plant Sale at Center for Urban Horticulture This Week-end


The annual King County Master Gardener Plant Sale and Learning Fair is happening this week-end. Saturday, May 1, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday, May 2, 10 a.m.-3 p.m., at the Center for Urban Horticulture, 3501 NE 41st Street.

The event is a fundraiser for the King County Master Gardener Foundation  and all the proceeds are used to support Master Gardener clinics, demonstration gardens, the Youth Education Program, and other Master Gardener programs.

And tonight from 5:30-7:30 is the Preview Party where you can pre-shop before the sale opens to the public tomorrow. There will be  appetizers from local chefs and wine from local producers. Tickets are $35, and all proceeds benefit the Master Gardener Foundation.
