Seattle Magazine latest August edition just released their top neighborhood ranking guide.
Laurelhurst is.....#12. The tag line says "These northeast neighbors love taking idyllic walks on tree-lined 43rd Avenue NE and visiting City People’s for home and garden needs."
It shows median home income at $900k and a population of 3,664.
Queen Anne is number 1. And our neighbor, Viewridge, is #2. Congrats!

Might want to add, since many NE Seattle readers from nearby neighborhoods, that View Ridge was rated #2!
