Signals Out at the Bottom of NE 45th

All 3 light signals are out at the bottom of NE 45th and Sandpoint Way. These are the lights at the 3 way stop. Be careful. Cars going north and south are just speeding through. Cars trying to get out of Laurelhurst are unsure what to do as the north/south cars are not stopping.
