Car Break In South Of Park

A neighbor reported that a car on the 3800 block of 46th Avenue NE was broken into while parked off-street in the resident's driveway on late Sunday evening, February 26th. 

Taken from the car was a bag of invaluable items. 

The incident was reported to the Laurelhurst Private Security patrol but no response was received.  Neighbors remind everyone to be aware and be safe.

The Laurelhurst Community Club said that the off-duty police officers don’t respond to emails from neighbors other than to follow up when an out-of-town request is sought.  They do respond to any 911 call they hear on their police radios and report anything suspicious when they do their house checks.
