During the development of the original strategic plan, which is the roadmap that guides investments and service levels, customers provided valuable feedback in focus groups, public meetings, and online surveys.
Now SPU is updating its plan. Give input on how should SPU plan for the future and how we can we improve service delivery. Take our brief online survey to learn more about the vital utility services SPU provides and share your feedback and ideas for the future of the Utility.
