Laurelhurst's average "days on market" during the 3rd quarter was 15 days (doesn't include a waterfront property that was on the market for 274 days) and overall for King County, the hottest market in the region, was 20 days.
The Western Washington Gardner Report Q3 noted that there were 24,277 home sales in King County during the third quarter of 2016 up 7.95 % from 2015. Overall listing activity remains low, with the total number of home sales at the end of the 3rd quarter 11.2% below last year at this time.
