September Laurelhurst Real Estate Update

 Kim Dales has provided this neighborhood real estate activity report for the month of August:






September 2020 continues to be a seller's market, in many situations with multiple offers.  Even despite Covid-19, the Seattle market has stayed very strong. 
In comparing September 2020 to September 2019 it is trending almost identically in active listings with 17 versus 18. 
More Pending sales 11 versus 2 but fewer sold homes 8 versus11. 
Perhaps the biggest difference is in median home sales is: September 2020 is $2,293,000 and September 2019 was $1,540,000, a 67% increase over last year.
